I assume you are talking about “lusty” thoughts. They can consume your mind if you let them. I suggest replacing those thoughts with good wholesome thoughts. Think about what you can do to help someone. Think about the beauty of where you are. Think about your goals you have an what you need to do to accomplish them. Think about the successes you are having. Think about the failures you have an what you can do differently to avoid them in the future.
When those thoughts about lust come into your mind tell yourself I am not going to dwell on that and start thinking about something else.
- do a lot of sports and eat spicy food
-go and get a girlfriend…now
I would first say to TRY NOT to think of this as something negative or bad… but something natural. If you are worried about these thoughts in the first place acknowledging that they are normal will decrease the intensity.
Also that this is healthy, regarding mental health releasing such sex thoughts, ideas, or if married/relationship. Is good for the mind!!! There is nothing wrong with this. if you speak to any psychologist or psychiatrist they will tell you the same.
Thoughts and Actions are totally two different things,
