If astronauts have had sex in orbit, it is a secret– no ask, no tell as these people are professional scientists not pro sex players.
You don’t become an astronaut for sex, so there are no places to “sign up”. Astronauts are selected from serious professionals from the Navy and Air Force who also study something needed by NASA like rocket design, space medicine, astronomy (not astrology), physics and bio chemistry.
As to whether people hit their head against the bulkhead, I will leave you to your dreams.
